Whenever I have needed the surgery I never had a problem in arranging an appointment either by personal visit or phone. The staff have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful. As for the medical staff nurses and health care assistants have always been very professional and capable in whatever they are doing. Finally the doctors all those I have seen are excellent communicators as well as knowing their profession. I find it very easy to converse with each one I have had the pleasure of consulting. I feel lucky to be registered with a brilliant surgery. FIVE STAR assessment.

Doesn't seem to be enough doctors for the demand of patients.

We have been at this Surgery for many years and they still have too many patients. I like to see the same Doctor each time but this is becoming more and more difficult. I visited last week and the locum Doctor could not have been more disinterested. Please could we have a settled number of Doctors instead of a different one each time. Overall the Surgery is OK and the reception staff are friendly. I cannot recommend the Surgery to others on the basis of the locum situation
